It Started with an Everyday Moment
In 2015, while traveling, designer Yao noticed something— spritzing on perfume before heading out, tidying up the little things you carry every day. These small daily gestures are quietly full of ritual, yet they lacked a tool that was truly both functional and beautiful.
That attention to the everyday became the starting point for mordéco. The name comes from “More than Decor,” because we believe good design is more than decoration—it can bring a sense of ritual to daily life.
From our very first spray bottle’s successful crowdfunding launch, mordéco has kept using design to make every everyday moment worth savoring.
