We want you to be happy with your mordéco purchase. If anything isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Have a question about your product?
If something doesn't seem right, email service@mordeco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We'll look into it and sort it out with you personally — and in many cases, there's no need to send anything back.
Changed your mind?
To return an unused item in its original packaging, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the options.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
